Service Description

Schedule a four-hour block of website services with a Legend Wix Partner to enhance your site in Wix Studio or Wix Editor during a designated time. Our service is customized to your priorities and time used can include areas of focus such as content organization, desktop design, functionality, feedback, communications, consulting, mobile optimization, SEO quality control, and ongoing website maintenance and edits. Please note, this service is not a meeting with the designer. Once your booking request has been approved we will request to receive a list of your preferences and any content needed for implementation. Your scheduling request will be confirmed once this information is submitted. We may need additional details from you to proceed with edits before starting and we will reach out for more information as needed. This is an hourly service, and we cannot guarantee that everything on your list will be completed. Small Business Startup Solutions is a paid partnership with Wix.

Cancellation Policy

To maximize the effectiveness of the design block, please ensure that all necessary information, including content, images, and design preferences, is provided in advance to info@wix-website.com in one e-mail communiation. The full amount of time scheduled for the block will be used. If content or communication is missing and the client requests to postpone, or if Small Business Startup Solutions cannot proceed until it is received, a rescheduling fee of $25 will apply. This fee helps cover the additional support needed for content organization and managing further communication. Once the design block has been completed you will be notified by e-mail and it will be available for review in editing mode. We will wait for your approval before publishing the changes live. If approved we will publish the changes. If additional edits are needed, extra time can be purchased for further website reviews, feedback implementation, and other revisions.
